Will, my business partner alerted me to a gmail extension he has just installed that reminded that you had recommended (and I had used for a while) “Timetrade” to book appointments. I know you also had a blog about your 5 productivity tools including the Boomerang extension. Our current SaaS recruiting application company is moving us to their new version which runs on Chrome and uses Gmail for email functions. They have recommended the google extension “assistant.to” scheduling tool which looks like it could be useful for your Jive users.

      Hi Ken,

Yeah… TimeTrade is useful. Although, We’ve moved to AppointmentCore. Because it has a turnkey integration with Google Calendar, Infusionsoft and GoToMeeting for appointment scheduling. The productivity tools you’re mentioning is from my 5 Workflows course (which I’m in the process of refreshing). The 5 Workflows have become an even more integral part of my routine. For example, I can’t imagine doing business without LastPass and Evernote. Thanks for the ping on assistant.to (it looks like a clean and simple app that gets the job done). Catchy marketing message too — reminds me, we still need to find our “Big Zig” as Jon Goldman would say (something that makes what we do standout).
