Purpose of Service
jiveSYSTEMS provides users with video email and web video marketing software and training as a service. The software and training is updated regularly. Therefore, unless otherwise stated, updates will be subject to the Terms of Service.
jiveSYSTEMS strives to make it easy and simple for individuals and companies to communicate with video online – to use web video. The jiveSYSTEMS desktop and web-based software records, encodes, and uploads video to the web, plus it creates a webpage for each video that users can customize to their needs.
Services Rendered
All users of jiveSYSTEMS understand and accept that jiveSYSTEMS assumes no responsibility for videos that are recorded or uploaded to the system, or for the failure of the system or training, which includes the loss of videos and user data.
Users agree to use jiveSYSTEMS at their own risk and recognize the service is still in beta testing; this means bugs, errors, and other types of malfunction may occur.
jiveSYSTEMS employees and representative’s reserve the right to watch users videos at any time. One reason jiveSYSTEMS may choose to watch a users videos is a complaint or suspected creation and/or distribution of content jiveSYSTEMS deems objectionable.
Reoccurring Billing
After the 30 day trial period, jiveSYSTEMS will automatically charge the user monthly fees via the information provided during the enrollment process (e.g. debit or credit card). This authorization will remain in effect until it is revoked in writing by the user, or removed by jiveSYSTEMS.
Termination of Service
jiveSYSTEMS reserves the right to suspend functionality and/or terminate services for a user, group, or companywide for any reason.
Scenarios that will result in user removal include, but are not limited to: misusing the service, failure of payment, illegal or unethical practices, and any content or practices jiveSYSTEMS deems objectionable (e.g. sexually explicit content, unsolicited advertising, and more).
