As a member of jiveSYSTEMS, you can display any name, company name, phone number(s) or email address you want in conjunction with your streaming videos.  The exit links to the right of the video can drive people to the destination URLs that you choose.  [You can even customize the video email notification icon that people receive.]

Customizing a video template for your business puts the icing on the cake.  When you send videos that play in your own branded template, your prospects and clients KNOW that you are on top of your game.  A custom template also fosters brand recognition.  Your conversion ratios will increase because it’s easier to trust a company that has consistent branding.

A custom video template works just like any jiveSYSTEMS template.  Your contact information is displayed, and all viewer tracking is still retained when using a custom template; the only difference is the branded appearance.

Frequently Asked Questions about Custom Video Templates

What can I put on my custom template?
Anything that you desire.  We’ve found it works best if you model your template after your website(s).

Can I have more/less than 7 exit links?
No.  In order for the custom templates to be fully compatible with jiveSYSTEMS, it must have 7 exit links with room for an 8th “Email Me” link.

How many copies of this template can I have?  Can I use exit link overrides with my custom template?
You can have as many copies as you want.  This allows you to segment your exit links by using the Specific Template Link function.

How does this process work?
You start by filling out the form below.  If you want to model your template after a website, let us know by typing the URL in the website field.  Also, if you want to simply use the jiveSYSTEMS template and replace our banner with your company’s banner, put the URL for the image in the website field.

How long does this usually take?
It takes about 4 weeks to go from design to proof approval to being uploaded into your account.

What is the pricing?  Do you offer bulk discounts?
In order for the templates to properly operate with your exit links, tracking, etc, they must be hard coded into the system.  As a result, there is a one-time setup fee of $250 per template.  If you want to do 3 or more, you can get them at a discount of $200 each.

How do I pay for this?
We will charge the card currently used for your jiveSYSTEMS membership after you place your order.

How do I know I’m going to like my template?
We will provide you with proofs of your template when it is designed, and we’ll make as many revisions as necessary until you’ve got exactly what you want.  Once you approve the design, we’ll upload it to your account.
