Flywheel’s Studio
I have just finished building a studio in my dining room, of all places. Basically, that means I have hijacked the dining room, bought a few lights, and painted a wall with flat paint.
A studio gives me the choice of recording a video within the jiveSYSTEMS software or using my camcorder. Our software automatically encodes the video, creates a webpage, and allows me to add links the page for my call-to-action. I can literally record and email/embed a video within minutes (just like the one Teeny made above). So, you may be asking, “Why would you ever use anything else?” I am beginning to ask myself that same question. In truth, even though it takes me about 4hrs to film, edited, render, and publish a 5 minute video using my studio, sometimes the ROI warrants that investment (e.g. a longer duration video that requires editing, slides, transitions, etc).
Closing Thoughts
Taking your business to the next level is about doing the right things consistently. Video email and web video is one of those things.
