The best tool that I ever discovered to help me learn more in less time was to first identify what my predominant learning style is.  As much as I love &quot;reading&quot;, I&#039;m an auditory learner so the power of listening to someone else deliver information is much more powerful (higher signal to noise ratio).  Some of us are visual learners and some of us are kinesthetic learners. Identifying your learning style is a huge tool in itself.  &lt;br&gt;Keep up all the great information guys.</description>
