TweetMeMe and Facebook Share (WordPress Plugins)

I can’t resist the urge to say, “Take 10 minutes and install the TweetMeMe and Facebook Share plugins on your WordPress blog that is if you have one. “  If you do not have these plugins installed, you are missing out on the benefits of these mechanisms, i.e., totally free viral traffic.”

Here is a visual just in case you are not familiar with these plugins:

Our readership has increased significantly since adding them. They are easy to install and require no coding. They are also a superior indicator for identifying your best posts. Hits and comments cannot compete with the metric of how many times a post has been tweeted and shared on Facebook by your readers.

One of our primary goals as bloggers is to write about things people want to read and ultimately talk about. This is the key to creating exponential growth in your readership and sustaining it to the saturation point.  When use the metrics hits, comments, and shares you have a very powerful recipe for building an online community.
