Introduction
Nowadays, almost everyone is looking for the best ways to automate themselves out of repetitive tasks. Hence the meteoric rise of companies like Infusionsoft (CRM platform) and the flood of new automation software specifically orientated to this fast changing market place. However, to my knowledge, no one has focused on automation with a human touch, apart from us! We have created something very special. It is not our software alone that defines us. It is our service; our methodology for teaching small business owners how to leverage the tools and strategies that put them in the driver’s seat of their businesses.

Video email and web video can be used to automate repetitive tasks like responses to frequently asked questions and can be used to deliver messages with a personal touch. A video also has greater transference of verbal and nonverbal cues, because recipients can see and hear you; greatly improving retention. That being said, technology, as applied to business process automation and marketing, serves to reduce and/or streamline the need for live human contact, not eliminate it entirely. The key is to know which processes can be automated and how to do so, without eliminating the human touch.

An Epiphany

But we were not fully aware of the massive impact this would have on our members’ lives and the growth of their businesses and ours. We can say, with absolute certainty, that the traditional process of selling is now a truly old school mentality that should be laid to rest.
