It’s been a very busy few days. We just finished deploying our slightly improved homepage, updating our video servers, and ending the beta period. Also, our blog traffic has more than doubled in the past month. We must be doing something right.

I can’t resist the urge to say, “Take 10 minutes and install the TweetMeMe and Facebook Share plugins on your WordPress blog that is if you have one. ” If you do not have these plugins installed, you are missing out on the benefits of these mechanisms, i.e., totally free viral traffic.”
I also just learned a nifty little SEO tweak–nofollowing outbound links to increase your Search Engine Results Page (SERP). Unless the link has value to your SERP rank, i.e., it goes to similar content, nofollow that puppy. It is my understanding that Google’s algorithm favors sites that like to related sites.
The quality of your video emails and web videos is directly tied to two things: 1) The physical hardware that is used to capture the source footage & 2) The encoding format. While both are important, using good quality hardware is essential for producing videos that have crisp images and clear audio.
