I've seen and experienced the diff. many times - it is profound. Even when I've forgotten to mention issues I thought very important to a presentation, I've been more successful when talking as though to a friend. Much more charisma and trustworthiness come through when someone talks to me rather than preaches woodenly at me. Appreciate the setup advice, also.
