I have been sending videos emails for over two years now, coming up on three. Even though my passion is to learn, test, and then teach; it took me almost a one year to recognize the value of sending video emails.

Wouldn’t it be nice, if you could give out just one telephone number and then choose which of your phones rings based on who is calling? I for one think so! That’s the overall concept of Google Voice in a nutshell. The service has several other niffy features: voicemail transcripts, calling recording, conference calling, and more….
Let’s be honest, we are all looking for a better way to collaborate. Unfortunately, the market is full of sub-par options. Every solution I have tried has some sort of flaw.
