Web Events and Online Meetings
We use GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar. They are pretty much the same thing. GoToMeeting is for 15 participants or less. All parties can converse on a phone line that is automatically setup in conjunction with the screen sharing. GoToWebinar is for up to 1000 people and includes a phone conference line as well, only participants can’t chat back unless you give them the panelists permission. We use their GoToWebinar service because it’s reasonably priced at $99 per month with a great feature set. Automated event registration and follow-up is built into the system. It is also very easy to use.
