Lessons for "Digital Handshake"

The "Digital Handshake" is a strategy I created in 2008 that involves sending a video (of you) after your first sales call, so that the client can put a face to your name. The video can be recorded one-off or a canned video that you re-use. This video can be embedded in a web page or, for a more personal touch, delivered as a video email. Since 2008, we've discovered many other ways these short engaging videos can be leveraged as part of the sales and customer services process.
